- Registered organization with a public track record (charity ratings, government accreditation, or IFRC/UN affiliation)
- Verified in press by a named journalist or publication — not just social media
- Named contact person or founder with a verifiable logistics chain to Venezuela

How we find and verify

What we don’t cover
Local Venezuelan organizations: Venezuela’s 2024 Anti-NGO Law requires state authorization for civil society organizations. Hundreds were shut down or forced underground. We cannot verify independence or safety of funds routed through state-adjacent entities.
