🌍 Other European countries

No verified physical collection points found in France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, or Luxembourg as of June 27, 2026. Major organizations in those countries (Red Cross, Caritas) are accepting monetary donations only and advise against unsolicited goods. If you know of a verified collection point, the information on this page comes from press sources — we update as we find confirmed data.

ⓘ Most established humanitarian organizations (Red Cross, UNHCR, Caritas) recommend cash over goods — it reaches people faster, avoids customs delays, and lets teams buy exactly what’s needed locally. Physical donations are best when an organization specifically requests them with logistics already arranged.

What this is

A centralized directory of relief initiatives for the Venezuela earthquakes of June 24, 2026. Three sections: global monetary organizations, European country-specific monetary initiatives, and physical donation collection points. All entries are based on publicly available information. No affiliation with any initiative listed. No compensation received.

How we assess monetary organizations

Each organization is assessed on four factual criteria shown as pills on each card. No aggregate score — we show what we know and flag what we don’t. The reader decides.

Financial transparencyCharity Navigator score where available. No equivalent exists for most European national organizations.
Government independenceWhether the initiative accepts government funding
Active Venezuela presenceTeams or funds confirmed active as of June 27, 2026 — not just announced
Venezuela-specific campaignDedicated page or fund for this earthquake, not a general donation page

Green ✓ = confirmed. Amber ⚠ = unconfirmed or partial. Factual observations, not endorsements.

How we assess physical collection points

Physical collection points are assessed differently from monetary organizations. We show: what they accept, location and hours, who is running them, and verification source. We do not rate diaspora community initiatives against UN agencies — they serve different purposes. Status badges indicate whether a point is active, weekend-only, or unconfirmed.

All physical collection points listed were verified through press sources. These change rapidly — always confirm before going.

What we don’t cover

Local Venezuelan organizations: Venezuela’s 2024 Anti-NGO Law requires state authorization for civil society organizations. Hundreds were shut down or forced underground. We cannot verify independence or safety of funds routed through state-adjacent entities. Sources: WOLA, Human Rights Watch, The New Humanitarian, Amnesty International (2024–2026).
